What earplugs come with it?
Each ARKS ships with a pair of loop style earplugs already attached. The connector is universal, so if you already wear a similar loop style earplug you can swap in your own.
Will this protect my hearing?
The earplugs themselves handle the noise reduction. ARKS is the chain that keeps them on your body and in reach, so you actually wear them instead of leaving them in a bag at home.
How do the earplugs attach?
A clasp on each strand opens, takes the loop of the earplug, and closes over it. Nothing adhesive, nothing magnetic.
Can I buy just the chain, or just the earplugs?
Three ways to buy: the full set at $65, the chain on its own at $45, or the earplugs on their own at $25.
What does shipping cost?
$8 flat rate anywhere in the US, and free on any order over $70. Expedited is $24.95 for USPS Priority, 1 to 3 business days. International is $35. One set is $65, so adding a spare pair of earplugs at $25 puts you over the line and shipping is free.
When does it ship?
Every chain is hand-assembled and in stock right now. Most orders go out within 1 to 2 business days, and every order ships within 2 weeks at the latest. Need it sooner? Choose expedited at checkout for USPS Priority, 1 to 3 business days.
What if it isn't right, or something breaks?
You have 30 days from delivery. Send the chain back in the condition it arrived and choose a full refund or a replacement, your call. If a clasp, ring or chain fails in normal wear within 6 months, send a photo and we will replace it or refund you, no return needed. Email info@noaharonson.com.
